Requirements
- Must have good computer skills
- Good customer service skills
- Must obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision making
- Must be familiar with Xactimate and Mitigate
- Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment
- Must be able to learn and utilize new software
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with residential insurance restoration
Responsibilities
- Manage activities of Water Department production to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Write water damage restoration estimates with Xactimate
- Update the jobs in the job tracking software to comply with insurance requirements
- Ensure that all job document requirements are met
- Contact customers to schedule services and collect payment for services
- Ensure the profitability of water restoration jobs
