About The Position

As a Water Damage Technician at PureDry Restoration, you will be the first line of defense when disaster strikes, responding promptly to emergency restoration calls for water, mold, fire, and storm damage. This role is physically active and fast-paced, directly impacting families and businesses recovering from property damage. PureDry Restoration, founded in 2016 and headquartered in the Greater Seattle area, is an emergency restoration company specializing in water mitigation, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and more. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls (water, mold, fire, storm damage).
  • Assist in mitigation activities such as water extraction, demolition, and drying.
  • Set up and monitor drying and remediation equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
  • Document job progress with notes and photos using company systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to property owners on-site.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Communicate job updates clearly with team leads and supervisors.
