Requirements

Proven experience in water damage restoration or related field, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee water damage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Manage and train a team of technicians in water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of water damage and develop action plans.
Maintain inventory of restoration equipment and materials, ensuring readiness for emergency calls.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the restoration process.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all restoration activities.
Prepare detailed documentation of projects for insurance claims and company records.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
