Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree (2nd–4th year) from an accredited university
  • Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, safety, and quality
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, quick to learn, and adaptable to change

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to construction plans and details for watermain and sewer systems
  • Assist with hydraulic and pipeline design, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Use civil modeling tools and CAD software to prepare technical drawings and documentation
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams, including senior engineers and project managers, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage with industry suppliers and support development of new technologies and design solutions
  • Assist in quality reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safety initiatives
