Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree (2nd–4th year) from an accredited university
- Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, safety, and quality
- Highly organized with attention to detail, quick to learn, and adaptable to change
Responsibilities
- Contribute to construction plans and details for watermain and sewer systems
- Assist with hydraulic and pipeline design, specifications, and cost estimates
- Use civil modeling tools and CAD software to prepare technical drawings and documentation
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, including senior engineers and project managers, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with industry suppliers and support development of new technologies and design solutions
- Assist in quality reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safety initiatives
