About The Position

With safety as our guiding principle, MacLellan Integrated Services performs critical process cleaning for its clients. We are looking for a Water Blaster to operate high pressure water blasting equipment, complete task work independently with minimal supervision, identify potential issues and report them to the Group Leader, and contribute to developing timely solutions. The role involves embracing the team, contributing knowledge and experience, valuing diversity and inclusion, being fully invested and authentic, and challenging the status quo by seeking new and innovative ways to make work safer, easier, and faster.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to hold and operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in hot and damp environments, wear heavy PPE, climb stairs, push equipment, and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
