About The Position

With safety as our guiding principle, MacLellan Integrated Services performs critical process cleaning for its clients. They are seeking a Water Blaster to operate high pressure water blasting equipment. This role involves completing task work independently with minimal supervision, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with a Group Leader to develop solutions. The Water Blaster is expected to embrace the team, contribute knowledge and experience, value diversity and inclusion, be fully invested and authentic, and challenge the status quo by seeking new and innovative ways to make work safer, easier, and faster.

Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to hold and operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in hot and damp environments.
Must be able to wear heavy PPE.
Must be able to climb stairs.
Must be able to push equipment.
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
