Requirements
- 2–5 years of industrial painting or blasting experience
- Experience with industrial spray painting
- Experience with abrasive blasting
- Experience with surface preparation
- Experience with epoxy, urethane, and zinc coatings
- Experience with HVLP, airless, or pump spray systems
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Safety-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Industrial Painting or Blasting Certification
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot paint equipment
Responsibilities
- Prepare steel, piping, and fabricated materials for painting and coating
- Perform abrasive blasting and surface preparation
- Apply industrial coatings using airless, HVLP, pump, brush, or roller systems
- Mix paints, primers, epoxies, urethanes, zinc coatings, and specialty finishes
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes
- Perform touch-ups and repairs when necessary
- Maintain spray equipment and blasting tools
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized (5S standards)
- Assist with bead blasting and other production duties as needed
