About The Position

TEAM Group is hiring a Commercial Water Blaster for its field services team in Taylor, Michigan. This field-based role involves travel to industrial, commercial, and municipal job sites to perform high-pressure water blasting, cleaning, and surface preparation as part of a safety-focused crew. The role is suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work, operating specialized equipment, and working with a skilled team. The position includes operating water blasting units from 1,500 PSI to 40,000 PSI, performing scheduled and emergency field service, and completing work in accordance with company and client standards. Training is provided. The stated pay rate is $20.00–$25.00 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with water blasting, industrial cleaning, or pressure washing; experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.
Safety certifications such as Confined Space Entry or Working at Heights.

Responsibilities

Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment for industrial cleaning, paint removal, and surface preparation.
Perform scheduled and emergency field service work at client sites.
Complete work safely, efficiently, and according to company and client standards.
Follow proper procedures for equipment setup, operation, and shutdown.
Travel to various job sites; a company vehicle or travel allowance is provided.
Work with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
Complete required documentation, reports, and safety checklists.
Operate high-pressure water blasting units ranging from 1,500 PSI to 40,000 PSI.
