About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Water Blaster to perform critical process cleaning for clients as part of a team operating high-pressure water-blasting equipment. The Water Blaster completes task work independently with minimal supervision, identifies potential issues, and reports them to the Group Leader to develop timely solutions. The role contributes knowledge and experience to the team and supports safer, easier, and faster ways of working. The job is physically demanding and involves working in hot, damp environments while wearing heavy PPE and operating heavy equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
• Ability to hold and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to work in hot and damp environments.
• Ability to wear heavy personal protective equipment (PPE), climb stairs, and push equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water-blasting equipment as part of a team.
• Complete assigned task work independently with minimal supervision.
• Identify potential issues and report them to the Group Leader.
• Work with the Group Leader to develop timely solutions to potential issues.
• Contribute knowledge and experience to the team and seek ways to make work safer, easier, and faster.
