About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a Washfloor Operator to support industrial laundry operations. This is a full-time, non-seasonal, physically demanding, hands-on role using large-scale washing equipment and handling heavy loads in a fast-paced production environment. No prior washfloor experience is required; hands-on training is provided. The position has consistent weekday hours, Monday through Friday. The role is critical to the production process and is suited to individuals who prefer active, physical work and want to be part of a reliable, team-driven operation.

Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads regularly.

Ability to work in a hot, humid, fast-paced industrial environment.
Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Load and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments and textiles.
Handle large sling loads according to proper weight limits and wash formulas.
Operate washers according to established processing sequences.
Push, pull, and move loaded carts and materials throughout the washfloor.
Monitor chemical and detergent levels and report issues.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
Transport washed items to the next production stage.
Complete production tracking and basic documentation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety, HACCP, and company procedures.
