About The Position
The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Warranty Service Clerk to join their growing organization. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with the Diesel Service Technicians on warranty guidelines and processing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a service center or warranty position.
- Demonstrates basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and other internet-based programs.
- Must be an effective communicator exhibiting tact, excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Basic working knowledge of a medium and/or heavy-duty truck dealership is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Diesel Service technicians and Central Warranty teams on all filings for the store.
- Review claims in warranty dashboard for location, if outside OE warranty guidelines.
- Resubmit denied or partial paid claims, partnering with central warranty.
- Responsible for communicating with Service manager, and Central Warranty Team when/if any warranty concerns arise, or before they arise, relating to any warranty claim and/or dealer.
- Performs all other duties assigned and complies with all TLG established policies.
