Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle a high volume call environment

Nice To Haves

• Flooring experience preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve disputes
• Investigate warranty concerns/questions
• Enter order information
• Process and schedule work orders
• Enter installer pay information and back charges
• Job cost invoices
• Post payments
• Respond to customer service issues
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Maintain files
• Perform other duties as assigned
