About The Position
Forest River, Inc., a manufacturer of recreational vehicles, cargo trailers, transit buses, and boats, is hiring a Warranty Representative. The position provides technical support and customer service to dealers and retail customers, assists production and problem resolution, and develops troubleshooting documents. Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer and customer network.
- Ability to work within a group and transition between assigned responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn about many different RV components.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical or technical systems.
- Experience in the industry or in other manufacturing processes.
