Requirements

At least 3 years of plumbing experience required.
Plumbing license: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters.
Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Clean background check.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues covered under manufacturer or company warranties.
Respond to warranty service calls promptly and professionally.
Replace or repair defective fixtures, water heaters, pipes, and other plumbing components in line with warranty terms.
Conduct inspections to determine warranty eligibility and root cause of failures.
Clearly explain problems, solutions, and maintenance tips to customers.
Document service findings with photos, detailed notes, and parts used for warranty claim submission.
Accurately prepare and complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, tools, and service vehicle.
Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and updates.
Follow all plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Represent the company with professionalism and outstanding customer service.
