About The Position

The Warranty Manager will research and respond to all customer service inquiries received from DRB Homes new home customers via phone and in person. This role involves managing homeowner warranty work orders, investigating service needs, and acting as a liaison between homeowners and subcontractors to schedule and follow up on service appointments. The Warranty Manager will also determine compensation for service requests based on company policies, identify potential construction defects for reporting to the Director of Production, and approve service invoices while monitoring repair budgets.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the residential construction industry as a Warranty Manager
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and successful completion of college courses in Residential Homebuilding Construction
