About The Position

The Warranty Claims Specialist (internally known as Warranty Wizards) supports customers and manufacturers by providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire warranty process. Working closely with the customer support team and Fulfillment Center, this specialist is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are submitted promptly.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Esker, Salesforce and Syspro
Stellar customer service and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working independently to achieve weekly and monthly deadlines
Adaptable and thrive in a fast paced environment (speed and accuracy are a must!)
High attention to detail and strong data entry & organizational skills
Proficient in both written and verbal English
Quality, high speed internet connection at home
Can work a schedule of M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility to adjust to different hours as needed.

Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

Working with customer support team, customers and Manufacturers on warranty process and transferring that information to a variety of different forms and portals for payment
Generate account adjustments and warranty invoices in the company’s ERP system (Syspro)
Learn and comprehend defective part process to address customer and manufacturer questions
Transfer tech service calls and corresponding invoice into warranty websites
Interpret and process warranty and defective part documents
Produce monthly Warranty spreadsheets in Excel
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone calls and e-mails to internal teams, our customers, and our manufacturer partners
