About The Position

The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our Service team at Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore. This is a critical back-end operational role responsible for processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and supporting dealership profitability through precise and compliant administration. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in accuracy. This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week, with regularly scheduled hours from Monday to Friday. The pay range is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role reports to the Parts & Service Manager of the dealership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of dealership experience in a service or administrative role.
  • CDK experience is a strong asset.
  • Previous warranty administration or service advisor experience is strongly preferred.
  • A valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in an office-based role with extended periods of sitting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims in accordance with Lexus guidelines.
  • Manage internal repair orders and sublet invoices.
  • Maintain and reconcile daily adjustment logs for accounting.
  • Monitor and process returns, transportation claims, and damage claims.
  • Utilize systems such as CDK, DealerMine, Kimoby, and OEM portals.
  • Support parts and service departments with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Assist with service appointments and inbound calls as needed.
  • Conduct monthly inventory spot checks and track loaner vehicle mileage.
  • Monitor technician hours and efficiency reporting.
  • Support recall campaigns and administrative initiatives as required.
