Bobcat of the Rockies is a full-service Bobcat dealership that sells and rents new and used Bobcat compact equipment. Our dealerships also provide parts, in-house service, and field service, with the addition of construction and building materials. With eleven strategically positioned locations across the front range, we are continuously evolving to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers. Successful candidates will have mechanical aptitude, great customer service skills, and a willingness to learn our business.

Requirements

Positive outlook and excellent communication, both verbally and in writing
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excel in a high volume fast paced environment
Good computer and systems knowledge
Creative problem solver
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Occasionally lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds or pushing/pulling small objects
Sits most of the time
Infrequent to occasional walking or standing
Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines which include a computer, printer, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, scanners etc. on repetitive basis.

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience in a compact equipment service department a plus, but not required
General knowledge of diesel and hydraulic parts and mechanical operations preferred
Strong research skills, ability to obtain information with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

Process all claims in a timely manner following RO submission date
Handle and resolve all claim corrections and charge-backs
Establish and maintain relationships with the manufacturer's designated warranty representatives
Review every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the policies and procedures
Analyze problems, identify trends, and develop strategies for maximizing claim process
Check each repair order against the unit service history to avoid duplicate claims
Provide a weekly report to the service manager regarding claim status
Report any fraudulent manipulation of warranty claims
Conduct weekly audits of warranty and schedules, reviewing all old claims, and address any adjustments or write-offs
Assist service consultants in closing all open warranty RO's
Assist service consultants and technicians with any warranty questions
Assist with special projects, audits, and reports as requested
Review and manage all aging schedules and reports
Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, such as safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
Attend warranty training courses as needed
Always operate in and maintain a safe work environment; obey safety rules and wear required safety PPE.
