About The Position

McKesson is hiring dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role involves order fulfillment to ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. Employees receive on-the-job training to certify them to drive power industrial equipment, perform specialized processes, and operate advanced automation. The part-time shift schedule is Sunday starting at 6:00 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday starting at 7:00 p.m., each shift continuing until completion. Night-shift base pay starts at $22.65 per hour and can increase to $23.18 per hour within the first 12 months. Eligible material handlers may earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, and available shifts may change and be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; distance varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; weight varies by product.
