About The Position

McKesson is hiring part-time warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role involves fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently so healthcare products are shipped promptly. On-the-job training is provided to certify employees to drive power industrial equipment, perform specialized processes, and operate advanced automation. Available shifts are Sunday starting at 6:00 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday starting at 7:00 p.m., each shift continuing until completion. Night-shift base pay starts at $22.65 per hour and may increase to $23.18 per hour within the first 12 months. Eligible Material Handlers may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour. Schedules may occasionally extend beyond scheduled hours during periods of high demand; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance. Available shifts may change and are discussed during the interview.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance; weight varies by product.

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently during the shift to support timely and accurate shipment of healthcare products through order fulfillment.
• Complete required on-the-job training and certifications for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.
