Warehouse Worker - Full Time Shift
About The Position
McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role focuses on moving efficiently during a shift to fulfill orders accurately and ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly. Employees receive on-the-job training for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The listed full-time schedule starts Sunday at 6:30 p.m. and Monday through Thursday at 7:30 p.m., with each shift continuing until completion. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance. Starting night-shift base pay is $22.65 per hour, increasing to as much as $23.18 per hour during the first 12 months. Eligible Material Handlers may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; distance varies by shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; weight varies by product.
