About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role involves fulfilling orders efficiently and accurately so healthcare products are shipped quickly. Employees receive on-the-job training to certify them to drive powered industrial equipment, perform specialized processes, and operate advanced automation. The available full-time schedule starts Sunday at 6:30 p.m. and Monday through Thursday at 7:30 p.m., with shifts continuing until completion. Night-shift base pay starts at $22.65 per hour and can increase to $23.18 per hour within the first 12 months. Eligible material handlers may earn additional performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, though in periods of high demand employees may need to work beyond scheduled times. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the distance varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance; the weight varies by product.

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently during the shift to support effective order fulfillment and ensure products are shipped quickly and accurately.
