Warehouse Worker - Full Time Shift
About The Position
McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its distribution center in O'Fallon, Missouri. Associates support effective order fulfillment by moving efficiently to ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. The role includes on-the-job training and certifications for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. Available schedules include day and night shifts, with start times varying by day and work continuing until completion. Shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled hours; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour for day shifts, increasing up to $19.50 during the first 12 months, and $20.75 per hour for night shifts, increasing up to $21.50 during the first 12 months. Eligible material handlers may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance throughout a shift; weight varies based on product.
