About The Position

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for the movement of merchandise through the warehouse. This role requires maintaining broad knowledge of entire warehouse functions including inventory control, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and returns. Key responsibilities include conducting cycle counts and adjusting parts into the Parts Inventory computer system. For shipping, the role involves pulling parts orders from inventory and preparing them for shipment to customers or other Anderson branch locations. Receiving duties include processing returns, evaluating their condition, and adjusting inventory accordingly. Effective communication with the Service Department is critical to ensure technicians have the correct parts for their work orders.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience in Warehouse at Heavy Equipment, Auto, Parts dealerships
Demonstrated knowledge of inventory controls, documentation, filling orders, shipping
Must be able to bend, stand, reach, lift, carry items in the warehouse
Focus on safety protocols must be maintained at all times
