About The Position

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists with inbound or outbound warehouse activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Inbound work includes receiving products; outbound work includes shipping products. The role supports efficient product handling from receipt through storage and shipment to internal and external customers. The schedule is 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., or until work is complete, on Fridays and Sundays and the last Saturday of each month. Additional shifts may be available on Thursdays. The anticipated hourly pay range is $20.50–$24.07, based on experience and including shift differential. The position is not bonus eligible. Requirements

Preferred: 1–2 years of experience.
Preferred: High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights of 20–30 feet while regularly operating equipment.
Willingness to become certified on equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers.
Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
Applies acquired knowledge and skills, learns and applies new information and methods, adheres to quality guidelines, and works within standard operating procedures.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Unload inbound trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to pull pallets out of trucks.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow applicable regulations for storing refrigerated specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
