Warehouse Worker (Full Time, Nights)

About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks needed to receive, store, and ship products, supporting the efficient flow of goods from vendors to internal and external customers. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers can obtain the products needed to care for patients. This full-time, overnight role follows a Sunday-through-Thursday schedule from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., or until work is finished. The hourly rate is $22.36, including shift differential. The position is open to candidates with little or no warehouse experience, and training is provided starting on the first day.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
Basic English proficiency, including the ability to read and write English to process documents.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Fulfill orders according to established processes by accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment when required by job duties.
