About The Position

The Warehouse Worker completes shipments by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in the delivery area, driving a truck or van to and from vendors, maintaining and arranging repairs for vehicles, and collecting stock-location orders and printing requests. The role supports receiving dock operations, operates warehouse equipment, places and pulls stock, replenishes pick locations, handles returns and damaged cases, sorts pallets, and maintains equipment and assigned warehouse areas. The position requires safe work practices, use of company-issued safety equipment, and reporting equipment or building damage to a supervisor.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and battery change station.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds.
Able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and battery change stations.

Responsibilities

Assist with receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or order-pickers using a full range of peripheral vision.
Place and pull stock from warehouse storage areas.
Ensure trucks being unloaded have their wheels chocked before unloading begins.
Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations.
Stock forward pick locations in the bottle room and full-case line neatly and orderly.
Restock bottle and case returns from customer orders.
Pick VIA orders for salespeople and customers.
Store out-of-place product, 360 product, and 370 product as directed by a supervisor.
Sort pallets by size.
Re-box good bottles from broken cases and send broken bottles to the dump location.
Leave equipment in good working order and free of trash for the next shift.
Maintain the cleanliness of an assigned warehouse area.
Perform duties safely and wear all company-issued safety equipment.
Report equipment or building damage to a supervisor as soon as it occurs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
