About The Position

The Associate II, Warehouse Operations assists with inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Inbound duties include receiving products; outbound duties include shipping products. The role supports the efficient handling, storage, and movement of products through the warehouse and their shipment to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
• Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks and learn and apply new information and methods.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines; refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience, preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to remove pallets.
• Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
• Follow applicable regulations for storing refrigerated specialty products.
• Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
• Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
