Warehouse Worker (Full Time, Nights)

About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products. The work supports efficient product flow from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers can obtain products needed to care for their patients. This full-time, overnight role is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. or until work is finished. The stated pay rate is $22.36 per hour, including shift differential. The position is not bonus eligible. Training is provided starting on the first day, and candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome. The anticipated application window closes November 9, 2026.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write English to process documents.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment according to established processes.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment as required by job duties.
