Warehouse Worker (Full Time, Days)
About The Position
Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products. The work supports efficient product flow from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers have the products they need to care for patients. This role follows established processes to pick products accurately, conduct quality checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment. Team members cross-train in multiple warehouse areas, take part in projects as needed, and perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean and safe workplace. Training is provided starting on the first day. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or until work is finished. The pay rate is $22.36 per hour, including shift differential; the position is not bonus eligible.
Requirements
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment; warehouse experience is not required, and training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
- Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write in English to process documents.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment by following established processes.

- Train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment as required by job duties.
