About The Position

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a motivated Parts Warehouse Worker to support its Parts Operations. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the position performs clerical and warehouse work, including maintaining a safe and clean work environment, handling parts and freight, processing orders, and supporting inventory, warranty, and core activities. The role requires customer service, mechanical aptitude, accurate documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Regular overtime is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Intermediate computer, keyboarding, Microsoft Word, and Excel skills.
Ability to learn software products, including Warrtrack and systems for literature/media and SIB requests.
Ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision and work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong customer-service support experience in a mechanical or parts environment, with ability to quickly learn various computer systems, is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in a business discipline or technical school education.
Familiarity with the product line.
An appropriate combination of education, skills, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Provide strong customer service.
Safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
Load and unload parts trucks and freight deliveries.
Accurately pick, put away, and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will-call areas.
Perform basic inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, and freight tasks.
Fabricate hoses.
Inspect and accurately process cores and warranty items.
Apply basic inventory-control principles.
Complete paperwork and required documentation accurately.
Resolve problems and make sound decisions.
Perform additional tasks as directed.
Maintain professional behavior consistent with Cleveland Brothers’ mission, vision, and values.
Work regular overtime as required.
