About The Position

We're hiring reliable warehouse workers for our New Jersey facility. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced, refrigerated produce environment, on a consistent 6-day schedule with steady hours and weekly overtime. If you've worked in a supermarket or grocery store, stocking shelves, rotating product, working the produce section, or unloading delivery trucks, you already have the experience we're looking for. That same work ethic and product handling is exactly what this job takes, at warehouse scale and with full-time hours.

Requirements

• Experience in supermarkets, grocery stores, restocking/merchandising, warehouses, or other hands-on physical work
• Availability to work a 6-day weekly schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in refrigerated conditions (34–40°F)
• Dependable attendance

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for delivery, accurately and on time
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Restock, organize, and rotate product following FIFO and food safety standards
• Operate pallet jacks [and/or forklifts — confirm certification requirement]
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Accurately scan and record all product movement
