About The Position

The Warehouse Worker works at WOW Logistics’ Savage Distribution Center, supporting warehouse operations through order fulfillment, safe operation of material handling equipment, teamwork, and inventory management. The role includes a paid two-week training program and ongoing mentorship for employees who are new to forklifts or other material handling equipment. The position is safety-sensitive, and WOW Logistics is a drug-free workplace.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $22.00 per hour, with performance incentive programs. The company describes a supportive work environment and offers a range of employee benefits.

Requirements

• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to each shift.
• Be dependable and work as a reliable team player, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Be able to safely lift 50–60 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience; it is not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using material handling equipment.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety requirements and policies.
• Work independently or with teammates to meet high-demand workloads accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records using RF scanning equipment.
