About The Position

Gabrielli Truck Sales is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Backup Parts Delivery Driver for its Parts Department. The position primarily supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, organizing, and preparing truck parts for delivery. It also provides backup delivery coverage as needed, ensuring customers receive parts safely and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Warehouse responsibilities include handling incoming shipments, maintaining inventory and warehouse organization, preparing orders, processing returns, and assisting Parts Department staff. When needed, the employee delivers parts to customers, repair shops, and other Gabrielli locations, while following routes, safety procedures, and customer service standards. The role requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. A high school diploma or GED, warehouse or inventory experience, computer and inventory-system familiarity, and forklift experience are preferred. The employee must be able to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, and safely operate company delivery vehicles. Requirements

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments.
Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
Stock shelves and maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for customer pickup or delivery.
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Label and store parts in designated warehouse locations.
Process returns and assist with shipping and receiving activities.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Assist Parts Department staff with locating and retrieving parts.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Deliver truck parts to customers, repair shops, and other Gabrielli locations as needed.
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the warehouse.
Deliver parts in a timely and professional manner.
Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery records.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Assist with warehouse operations when not performing deliveries.
