About The Position

Gabrielli Truck Sales is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Backup Parts Delivery Driver to join its Parts Department. The primary responsibility is to assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and preparing truck parts for delivery. The position also serves as a backup delivery driver when needed, ensuring customers receive parts safely and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Warehouse duties include handling shipments, maintaining inventory and an orderly warehouse, preparing customer orders, processing returns, and assisting the Parts Department. When making deliveries, the employee transports parts to customers, repair shops, and other company locations, while following assigned routes and safety procedures and providing professional customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds; heavier items may require assistance or equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Stock shelves and maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Label and store parts in designated warehouse locations.
• Process returns and assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist Parts Department staff with locating and retrieving parts.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
• Deliver truck parts to customers, repair shops, and other Gabrielli locations as needed.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the warehouse.
• Ensure timely and professional delivery of parts.
• Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Assist with warehouse operations when not performing deliveries.
