Warehouse Wave Planning Coordinator

About The Position

The Warehouse Wave Planning Coordinator assigns and monitors the work of warehouse personnel and coordinates order waves, dispatch information, and communication between Selectors and Replenishers. The role uses a warehouse management system and Microsoft Office applications to support warehouse operations. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Minimum of 3 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
Experience with warehouse equipment.
PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to perform basic calculations related to quantities of product picked.
Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

Assign and monitor the work of various warehouse personnel.
Complete waves in the warehouse management system.
Print orders in dispatch order.
Update the wave and load sheet.
Ensure communication between Selectors and Replenishers regarding stock replenishment needs.
