Warehouse Wave Planning Coordinator

About The Position

The Warehouse Wave Planning Coordinator assigns and monitors the work of warehouse personnel and completes warehouse waves in the warehouse management system. The role prints orders in dispatch order, updates wave and load sheets, and ensures Selectors and Replenishers communicate about stock replenishment needs. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The job description states that its duties are considered essential functions and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Minimum of 3 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
Experience with warehouse equipment.
PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to apply basic calculations related to quantities of product picked.
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

Assign and monitor the work of various warehouse personnel.
Complete waves in the warehouse management system.
Print orders in dispatch order.
Update the wave and load sheet.
Ensure communication between Selectors and Replenishers about stock replenishment needs.
