About The Position

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Unloader in Boca Raton, Florida. This fast-paced, physically active role involves unloading freight and supporting warehouse operations. The position offers production-based pay of $700–$900+ per week, with a 7:00 AM-to-finish schedule set at hire and flexibility required to meet operational needs.

The Warehouse Unloader safely unloads freight from trailers, operates forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and helps sort, palletize, repack, and organize freight. Other duties include assisting with freight audits and inventory activities, warehouse housekeeping and cleanup, following safety and productivity standards, and completing additional tasks assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• Forklift and EPJ experience required.
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Flexible schedule to support operational needs.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• High energy, dependability, and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently unload freight from trailers.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (EPJ).
• Sort, palletize, repack, and organize freight as needed.
• Assist with freight auditing and warehouse inventory activities.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and cleanup duties.
• Follow safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Complete additional warehouse tasks as assigned by site leadership.
