About The Position

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Unloader in Manchester, Pennsylvania, for the third shift, starting at 11:30 p.m. and ending when the work is finished, Monday through Friday. Warehouse Associates load and unload freight by hand and with equipment. Associates are paid by the truck through production pay, with potential earnings of $1,200 per week; earnings depend on output. The work is fast-paced and physically demanding. Paid training is provided, and prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Able to lift and carry loads ranging from 25 to 75 pounds; materials handled vary.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check.
