Warehouse Unloader
About The Position
Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to support inbound freight operations in a distribution center. The role involves safely unloading freight, organizing products, and helping maintain an efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse. It is physically active and suited to someone who is energetic, reliable, and comfortable with hands-on work. The schedule is Monday through Friday on first shift, from 6:00 AM until finish, with weekly pay of $600–$900. Capstone Logistics is a North American supply chain solutions provider with more than 650 operating locations and 19,000 associates. Its services include warehouse support, freight management, distribution center services, last-mile delivery, and supply chain optimization.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, unloading, freight handling, or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry 25–75 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods.
- Comfort performing physical labor in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions throughout the workday.
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently.
- Sort, stage, and palletize products for warehouse operations.
- Move product throughout the facility as needed.
- Assist with freight handling, repacking, and product organization.
- Inspect freight for visible damage and report discrepancies.
- Maintain productivity and safety standards throughout the shift.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership.
