About The Position

Capstone is hiring dependable Warehouse Unloaders for its Fulton team. This active, physical role supports warehouse operations by unloading incoming freight from trailers, organizing it, and preparing it to move through the warehouse. The position requires working safely and efficiently while keeping product moving. Training is provided for qualified candidates who are new to warehouse work.

Schedules offered are day shift, Monday–Friday, from 5:30 AM until finished, or evening shift, Monday–Thursday, from 5:30 PM until finished. Pay is $17.50–$25.00 per hour based on productivity, with weekly pay. The job offers paid training, safety incentive opportunities, benefits available after 60 days, opportunities to learn warehouse skills and advance, and potential opportunities to travel to other warehouse operations with the Travel Team.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry freight weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Comfort standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow safety and productivity standards.
• Ability to work cooperatively with teammates and supervisors.

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers and move product into the warehouse.
• Sort and organize incoming merchandise.
• Build, stack, and secure pallets.
• Move freight throughout the facility as needed.
• Check products and quantities for accuracy.
• Repack or reorganize freight when necessary.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Take on additional tasks as operational needs change.
