About The Position

Capstone Logistics is hiring experienced Warehouse Unloaders in Brea, California. This position is suited to people with electric pallet jack experience who can work in a fast-paced, physically demanding chilled warehouse and are motivated by performance-based earnings. The shift begins at 4:30 AM and runs until work is finished. The operation runs seven days a week, and weekend availability is required. Weekly earnings are listed as $680–$1,000, with pay based on performance and truck completion.

Requirements

• Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Comfort working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.

• Previous warehouse unloading experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers using manual labor and warehouse equipment.
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently.
• Move, sort, stage, and palletize products throughout the warehouse.
• Handle freight accurately and minimize product damage.
• Maintain productivity standards in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Assist with warehouse cleanup and general housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures and site guidelines.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
