About The Position

i-80 Gold Corp is seeking a Warehouse Technician at the Lone Tree Mine Site in Battle Mountain, Nevada. The position is responsible for materials handling, warehouse counter duties, assisting with shipping and receiving, cycle counting, and other duties assigned by the supervisor. The successful candidate will align daily work with i-80 Gold’s values and follow warehouse procedures, company policies, and applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.

The role includes using the NetSuite system for issuing, receiving, and other materials-handling functions; operating forklifts to unload shipments, organize inventory, and distribute parts; maintaining inventory accuracy and rotation; and keeping the warehouse and receiving area clean and orderly. Varied work hours may be needed during busy periods.

Requirements

• Working knowledge and skill using a PC and word-processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Some flexibility to work varied hours during busy periods.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Mining experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle warehouse counter material requests and issues according to established procedures, including locating inventory and entering and handling information properly.
• Use NetSuite for issuing, receiving, and materials-handling functions.
• Operate forklifts to unload incoming shipments, organize inventory, and distribute parts.
• Conduct routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Maintain proper inventory rotation in accordance with storage standards.
• Keep shelves stocked and the receiving area clear.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse inside and outside the facility, including sweeping floors and dusting workspaces.
• Perform other related functions as assigned by the supervisor.
• Comply with state and federal health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures, and the company environmental compliance policy.
