About The Position

The Warehouse Tech supports warehouse operations at Panduit’s facility by receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The role uses pallet jacks or powered industrial equipment, voice-picking technology or RF units, and requires cross-training across departments through daily or weekly job rotation. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of warehousing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, handle, and reach at torso level for most of the day.
• Comfort with basic computer and keyboard functions.
• Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, restock, and organize goods using pallet jacks or powered industrial equipment.
• Fulfill orders using voice-picking technology or RF units while maintaining accuracy and inventory.
• Verify and pack correct quantities, build cartons on pallets, and load material onto trailers.
• Cross-train in various departments through daily or weekly job rotation.
