About The Position

TWRS, LLC is seeking an organized, motivated Warehouse Tech who is interested in growing into an Inside Sales role. The position handles daily warehouse operations, customer interactions, and order fulfillment while representing the company and helping ensure customer satisfaction. The employee works with warehouse staff and reports to the Warehouse Manager on site. Over time, the role transitions toward assisting clients and answering questions about parts and supplies.

The work is performed on site in a warehouse environment, with possible exposure to outdoor weather and moderate-to-loud noise. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The employee may be asked or required to work outside regular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires safe operation of a motor vehicle and forklift; forklift training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong desire to learn product specifications and advance to an Inside Sales role.
• Time-management skills and punctuality.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork and dependability.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with teammates and helping customers.
• Multitasking and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and forklift.
• Ability to use hands to manipulate or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 55 pounds.
• Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience in the rental equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized indoor and outdoor warehouse environment.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately stock incoming products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for local pickup or shipment.
• Use material-handling tools such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Gradually transition into inside sales by assisting clients and answering questions about parts and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse personnel, service technicians, customers, and the sales team.
• Represent TWRS, LLC in customer interactions and help ensure customer satisfaction.
