About The Position

The Warehouse Tech performs receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities at Panduit’s facility. The role includes rotating and cross-training in various departments. The work shift is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Wednesday through Sunday, with a 20% shift differential for evening/night shifts. The facility is air-conditioned and described as prioritizing employee safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of warehousing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, handle, and reach at torso level for the majority of the day.
• Comfort with basic computer and keyboard functions.
• Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.
• An in-person interview is required as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, restock, and organize goods using pallet jacks or powered industrial equipment.
• Fulfill orders using voice-picking technology or RF units while maintaining accuracy and inventory.
• Verify and pack correct quantities, build cartons on pallets, and load material onto trailers.
• Cross-train in various departments and participate in daily or weekly job rotation.
