About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Tech in Orlando, Florida. The role involves janitorial cleaning, handling and disposing of packing materials and waste, maintaining cleaning equipment, and operating specialized waste-handling equipment as needed. Overtime may be required. The position involves extensive walking and standing, stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, and carrying items generally weighing 50 pounds or less.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other materials from designated gaylords and bins.
Clean flooring surfaces by vacuuming with a push or backpack vacuum, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Properly label, dilute, and use available cleaning chemicals.
Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Operate specialized equipment as needed, including augers, balers, and waste compactors.
Help prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures.
Identify and implement projects to improve business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and the client’s policies and procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
