About The Position
Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Tech in Orlando, Florida. This full-time, direct-hire position involves janitorial and warehouse-cleaning tasks, with training available for the right candidates and opportunities for career growth. The listed pay is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays. The position may be assigned to one of two overnight schedules: Sunday through Tuesday, 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., and Wednesday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.; or Wednesday, 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., and Thursday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. Work may take place indoors or outdoors in varying building and weather conditions. The work involves extensive walking or standing, including for 85–90% of a shift, as well as stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting or carrying items generally weighing 50 pounds or less. Overtime may be required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation. A seven-year background check and drug test are conducted before employment.

Responsibilities
- Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other materials from designated gaylords and bins.
- Clean flooring surfaces by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are properly labeled, diluted, and used.
- Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
- Operate specialized equipment as needed, including augers, balers, and waste compactors.
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement projects to improve business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
- Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and the client’s policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
