About The Position

We are looking for reliable, motivated Warehouse Team Members to join our team in Newton, NC. No previous warehouse experience? No problem — we provide training! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and wants the opportunity to increase their weekly earnings through production pay. You'll start with two weeks of paid training at $15.92/hour. After training, you'll move into our production-based pay structure for loading and unloading trailers, with the opportunity to earn approximately $800–$1,000 per week based on available work and productivity.

Requirements

Enjoy physical, active work rather than sitting at a desk.
Work well with others.
Are comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 70 lbs.
Can stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Are motivated by the opportunity to earn more through production.
Are willing to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.
Moving boxes, pallets, and freight throughout the warehouse.
Using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment after proper training.
Working with your team to complete trailer loads safely and on time.
Sorting, organizing, and staging products.
Following company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
Staying productive and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Helping with other warehouse duties as needed.
