About The Position

We are hiring General Warehouse Employees to join our team in Milford, CT. If you're dependable, motivated, comfortable with physical work, and ready to be part of a team, this could be a great opportunity for you. New hires may be eligible for a $750 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $375 after 60 working days and $375 after 90 working days. As a General Warehouse Employee, you will help keep our warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds.
Comfortable performing physical warehouse work throughout the shift.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic reading and math skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, distribution, or material-handling experience is a plus.
Electric double pallet jack experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading products and materials from trailers and containers.
Moving and organizing products throughout the warehouse.
Using hand trucks, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
Reading labels, load sheets, and work instructions.
Following directions from supervisors and working effectively with your team.
Operating motorized warehouse equipment after completing required training and OSHA safety certification.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meeting daily production and loading/unloading goals.
Performing general warehouse duties as needed.
